Long Grain Rice, Ferric Phosphate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate And Folic Acid.

Cooking Instructions: For tender, fluffy rice: In 3-quart saucepan combine 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil. Turn heat down low and cover with lid. Simmer 15 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Serve. Note: For high altitudes, use slightly more water and allow 5 minutes longer cooking time. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
